Need a replacement part for your floor scrubber or sweeper? We’ve got you covered — but first, we need to make sure we’re matching you with the right part for your specific machine. Here's how to track down the right part number and get what you need fast.
🧠 Step 1: Identify Your Machine's Make & Model
This is the first and most important step.
Look for a decal, metal plate, or sticker on your machine that includes:
✅ Brand (e.g. Factory Cat, Kodiak, Clarke, Tennant, etc.)
✅ Model Name/Number (e.g. Factory Cat 34, Kodiak K16, etc.)
✅ Serial Number (usually 6–10 characters, sometimes with letters)
📍 These tags are often located near the rear of the machine, behind the operator seat, on the side panels, or under the recovery tank lid.
🔎 Step 2: Look in Your Owner’s Manual or Parts Manual
If you’ve got a parts manual or PDF from when the machine was purchased — you’re golden. Most parts manuals include:
- Exploded parts diagrams
- Part names + numbers
- Wear part recommendations
📄 Don’t have a manual? No problem — just tell us your model, and we can look it up for you.
🧾 Step 3: Describe the Part You Need (if You Don’t Have the Number)
Can’t find a part number? We can still help — just give us as much info as possible, including:
- Where the part is located on the machine
- What the part does
- Any markings or numbers on the part itself
- A photo, if available (we love those)
Example:
“I need the rubber squeegee blade on the back of a Factory Cat GTR-34D rider (serial number 555555). It’s torn.”
Our team can take it from there.
📬 Step 4: Send Us the Info
Once you have your model and part description (or number), contact us:
- Through the chatbot
- Submit a parts request form
Or call/email us directly if you're old-school
💡 Pro tip: If you’re a repeat customer, we can often look up your order history to help ID previous parts.
